I'm a busy GC in San Diego and have used Jeanne Liem on 3 projects now and have been extremely satisfied with her work. She keeps the design phase moving forward quickly and I have been surprised on how fast she gets projects permitted. Some architects I have worked with in the past seem to take on too many projects and then your project will go weeks without hearing from them. That is not the case with Jeanne. Furthermore, Jeanne and her structural engineer are easy to work with and they keep things simple so as to not over complicate the design which saves on the construction cost. I'll be using her again on the next project.
